Use of the HAKKILO platform implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
HAKKILO offers the following services:

• Real-time GPS tracking
• Fleet management
• Quote and invoice generation
• Dashboards and reports
• API for integration with your systems
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account.
Our service rates are available on our pricing page. Invoices are issued monthly and must be paid within agreed timeframes. In case of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend access to services.
You agree to use the HAKKILO platform legally and in accordance with its intended purpose. It is prohibited to:
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Share your credentials with third parties
• Use robots or automated scripts without authorization
All content, features and technologies of the HAKKILO platform are protected by copyright and belong to HAKKILO SAS. You may not copy, modify or distribute these elements without written authorization.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with GDPR. We are committed to protecting your data and respecting your privacy.
We strive to maintain platform availability 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee absolute availability and reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance.
HAKKILO cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or business interruption resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of sums paid for the services concerned.
You can terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these ToS.
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. Changes will be notified by email and will take effect 30 days after their publication.
